2. Submit Your Application & Schedule a Call
Please allow up to three business days for application review. You will receive a text update with your status.
If approved, we will schedule a phone consultation to:
• Learn about your lifestyle and preferences
• Answer your questions
• Review litter-specific details
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline if it is not the right fit.
3. Secure Your Reservation
Once approved, a non-refundable $500 reservation fee is required to secure your spot.
We accept:
• Venmo
• Zelle
• Cash
• Good Dog
Placement is based on when your deposit is received. The fee is applied toward the total puppy price.
4. The Journey to Go Home Day
Once on the list, we will guide you every step of the way.
You can expect:
• Weekly photo updates
• Preparation emails
• Social media updates
Puppy Selection Day (5–6 weeks via FaceTime)
Go Home Day (8 weeks)
At pickup:
• Remaining balance due in cash
• Contract signing (health guarantee & spay/neuter agreement)
• Puppy pack included
Important Information
Pixie Doodle Paws reserves the right to retain first pick of each litter.
We also reserve the right to discontinue the process if a placement is not in the puppy’s best interest.
